Sałatka instruktora / Driving license instructor’s salad

Czemu „Sałatka instruktora”? Ponieważ mój instruktor nauki jazdy podał mi na nią przepis :)
Why „Sałatka instruktora” („Driving instructor’s salad”)? Because my driving instructor gave me this recipe :)
Składniki:
salami
ser żółty
suszone śliwki
por
majonez
pieprz
suszone oregano
proporcje składników – salami : ser żółty : suszone śliwki : por -> 1:1:1:1
salami, ser i śliwki pokrój w dużą kostkę, pora w półplasterki
dodaj tyle majonezu, żeby pokrył wszystkie składniki*
dopraw pieprzem i oregano

*użyłam 2 łyżek majonezu, przy ok 4 szklankach pozostałych składników (1 szklanka każdego)

Ingredients:
salami
cheese
prunes
leek
mayonnaise
black pepper
dried oregano
proportion of ingredients – salami : cheese : prunes : leek -> 1:1:1:1
cut salami, cheese and prunes in a big dice, leek in half moon-shaped pieces
add enought mayo to cover all the ingredients*
flavor with black pepper and oregano

*I’ve added 2 tbsp of mayo to 4 cups of other ingredients (1 cup of each)
