Another recipe for super healthy dessert with chia seeds. Rasberry chia
pudding! :)
Very easy to
make, all you have to do is mix the ingredients in food processor, stir in chia seeds and let it stay in a fridge for a night. Super easy and extremely healthy.

Składniki
1 cup (120 g) raspberries (frozen or fresh)
80 ml of water
1 teaspoon
stevia extract
1 tablespoon agave
syrup1 teaspoon lemon juice
40 g chia seeds
Przygotowanie
Mix in the food processor raspberries,
stevia extract, agave
syrup and lemon juice until smooth.
Check the taste, it should be
very sweet, even too sweet, after night taste will be less intense.
Stir in chia seeds,
pour the mixture into two little jars and put them to the fridge for a night. Enjoy!
