Wykonanie
Inaczej mówiąc, pyszny
kurczak z
pieczarkami duszony w
białym winie, następnie podany z winnym sosie ze
śmietanką. Francuska klasyka! Jak dla mnie jest to danie doskonałe:). Przepis pochodzi z książki Nigela Slatera „Real Food”. Polecam!Scroll down for EnglishCoq au Riesling (2 porcje)Składniki:50 g

boczku, pokrojonego w kostkę2 małe lub średnie
cebule, obrane i posiekane2 ząbki
czosnku, obrane i posiekane4 pałki z
kurczaka (ja dałam pałki u nadudzia)200 g małych

białego wina ( np. Riesling)300 ml
śmietanki 18%3 łyżki posiekanej
natki pietruszkiPrzygotowanie:W dużej patelni z grubym dnem roztop
masło i wlej
oliwę. Włóż pokrojony w kostkę
boczek, zrumień i dodaj
cebulę i
czosnek.Smaż na średnim ogniu, aż
cebula zmięknie, ale nie zarumieni. Wyjmij
boczek i
cebulę z patelni, najlepiej łyżką durszlakową, i włóż kawałki
kurczaka. Zrumień go lekko z każdej strony, dolewając trochę
oleju jeśli
masło zacznie brązowieć.Włóż do patelni
grzyby i smaż całość przez kilka minut, a następnie włóż ponownie
boczek i
cebulę.Następnie ustaw ogień pod patelnią na największy, wlej
wino, doprowadź zawartość patelni do wrzenia,po czym ustaw ogień na sredni. Gotuj
kurczaka na średnim ogniu przez 25 minut, obracając go od czasu do czasu.Po tym czasie wyjmij
kurczaka z patelni i wlej
śmietankę. Dopraw sos
solą i
pieprzem i wmieszaj z posiekaną
natkę pietruszki.Gotuj sos na średnim ogniu, aż zacznie gęstnieć, po czym włóż
kurczaka.Gdy
kurczak jest już odgrzany a sos nabierze konsystencji
śmietanki, podawaj.Smacznego!
