Do you recognize this special vegetable? Pak choi is a chinese lettuce, often served as a starter or an ingredient of the main course. The perfect way of using pak choi is frying it in the wook with little bit of soya sauce, oyster sauce and some garlic . The best starter ever!

Roasted Pak Choi
Ingredients
8 pak choi
1 tablespoon rice oil
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1-2 tablespoons soya sauce
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Instructions
Wash and drain pak choi.
Preheat the rice oil in a wook and add pak choi.
Fry for 6-10 minutes stirring quite often until the leaves have wilted and stalks are crispy and delicious.
Just before finishing frying, add 2 mashed cloves of garlic, oyster sauce, soya sauce and stir well.
Garnish with sesame seeds just before serving. Enjoy!
