Pak choi is a chinese lettuce, often served as a starter or an ingredient of the main course. The perfect way of using
pak choi is frying it in the
wook with little bit of
soya sauce, oyster sauce and some garlic . The best starter ever!Recipe for

pak choi1 tablespoon rice oil2 garlic cloves1 teaspoon oyster sauce1-2 tablespoons
soya sauce2 tablespoons
sesame seedsInstructionsWash and drain
pak choi.Preheat the rice oil in a
wook and add
pak choi.Fry for 6-10 minutes stirring quite often until the leaves have wilted and stalks are crispy and delicious.Just before finishing frying, add 2 mashed cloves of garlic, oyster sauce,
soya sauce and stir well.Garnish with
