PrintRoasted Pak ChoiIngredients8 pak choi1 tablespoon rice oil2 garlic cloves1 teaspoon oyster sauce1-2 tablespoons soya sauce2 tablespoons sesame seedsInstructionsWash and drain pak choi.Preheat the rice oil in a wook and add pak choi.Fry for 6-10 minutes stirring quite often until the leaves have wilted and stalks are crispy and delicious.Just before finishing frying, add 2 mashed cloves of garlic, oyster sauce, soya sauce and stir well.Garnish with sesame seeds just before serving.
