Wykonanie
Classic Italian pesto is made with basil, garlic,
pine nuts and
parmesan cheese. This richly flavoured souce is delicious served with spaghetti.
Ingredients:Fresh basil leaves,1/2 cup of
pine nuts,2 peeled garlic cloves,1/2 cup
Olive oil,
Parmesan,Bacon,Spaghetti.Serves fourPreparation pesto:Put basil,
pine nuts and garlic to food procesor and blend to a paste. With the motor still running, drizzle
olive oil until the mixture forms a paste. Spoon the pesto into a bowl and stir in cup of grated permesan.Heat 1 tbsp of the oil in fry pan and add the diced bacon. Cook over untill crisp.Meanwhile, boil the spaghetti in a large pan of salted water untill tender.Divide the spaghetti among four plates add pesto and bacon and stir gently. Shave
Parmesan cheese over the top.
